The short version
- No accounts. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your chats, memories and pictures stay on your phone. We can't see them.
- What you send to the AI is processed by Google Gemini to create the answer. We don't store it on our servers.
- Free users see Google AdMob ads; PRO users don't. Payments are handled by Google Play.
- You can erase everything with Profile → Delete all my data.
01Who we are
NeXGen GPT ("the app", "we", "us") is an AI assistant for Android published by SPDJ Media Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the NeXGen GPT app and this website.
The app has no accounts: you don't need to give us your name, email address or phone number to use it.
02Data that stays on your device
The following is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it:
- Your chats and their titles, AI memories, items you save to the Library, drafts and the pictures you create.
- Your settings (language, theme, response style, AI model) and the optional name you type in Profile.
- Your NeXGen PRO status and today's free image count.
You can delete your chats, AI memories, pictures, Library items and name at any time in Profile → Delete all my data (your settings and PRO purchase are kept). Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your phone.
03Data sent to Google to provide the AI features
When you send a message, attach a photo or file, use a Create tool, or create or edit a picture, the content you send — text, images, documents and the text of voice dictation — is sent to Google Gemini through Firebase AI Logic to generate the answer. Recent messages of the same chat are sent along so the AI has context, and the AI memories you turned on are included as instructions.
- Google processes this data as a service provider under the Firebase Data Processing Terms and the Gemini API Additional Terms. Those terms describe how long Google keeps the data and whether it may be used to improve Google's products, which can depend on the service tier.
- We do not store your prompts or the AI's answers on our own servers.
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
04Voice, read aloud and app integrity
- Voice dictation uses your phone's speech recognition service (usually provided by Google), which converts your voice to text. The app itself never records or saves audio.
- Read aloud uses either your phone's text-to-speech engine (on your device) or, if you pick a natural Gemini voice, sends the text of the answer to Google Gemini through Firebase AI Logic to turn it into speech. The audio is played and not saved.
- Firebase App Check (with Google Play Integrity) checks that requests come from the genuine app on a genuine device. It sends device integrity signals to Google — not your content.
05Reports of AI content
If you tap Report on an AI answer or picture, we store the report in Google Cloud Firestore so we can review it and improve safety. A report contains:
- the reason you chose and any details you type;
- the request and the AI's text answer (or the picture's description);
- the app language and app version.
A report contains no account, device or advertising identifier. Reports are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.
06Advertising
Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and ad interaction data to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and wherever else the law requires it, the app asks for your consent first using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time in Profile → Privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. NeXGen PRO users see no ads, and the ad and consent tools are not started for them.
07Purchases
NeXGen PRO is sold through Google Play. Google processes your payment details; we never see your card number or billing address. The app only receives a purchase confirmation from Google Play to unlock PRO.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
08Permissions

Photos and files you attach are chosen with Android's own picker, so the app only gets the items you select.
09Children
The app is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not designed for or directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us a report containing personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Security and retention
Data in transit to Google is encrypted (HTTPS). Data on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox and is removed when you use "Delete all my data" or uninstall the app. Reports are kept as described in section 5.

11Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in Europe or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing.
- Because your chats stay on your device, you can delete them yourself at any time.
- Change ad consent in Profile → Privacy choices.
- For reports or any other request, email spdjmedia@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
We do not sell your personal data.
12This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or trackers, and it loads its fonts from its own server. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for a short time for security and to keep the site running. If you email us through the Support page, we use your message only to answer you.
13Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the app changes how it handles data, and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also let you know in the app.
